Key Responsibilities 
  • Oversee all processes for the venue to ensure they are in place and executed daily
  • Ensure all guests are attended to and treated with the utmost respect by all departments 
  •  Maintain proper inventory pars and management systems
  • Confirm all management are appropriately trained, developed and up to date with current company procedures and policies 
  •  Uphold company standards for cleanliness, food and beverage quality, service standards, and an unmatched guest experience
  • Manage and maintain all administrative duties, including (but not limited to), OpenTable, P&L Reporting, Payroll, Staffing Pars, and Reporting Workbook 
  • Foster strong motivation and people skills through consistent communication across the management team
Qualifications & Experience
  • Minimum 3-5+ years of experience in a Senior Leadership Role managing fast-paced, high-volume dining operations, ensuring smooth service, efficiency, and consistent guest satisfaction.
  • Required certifications include a valid Food Handler Card and TABC Certification, with a strong understanding of food safety and responsible alcohol service standards.
  • Experience managing P&L, labor, and food costs, controlling budgets, analyzing sales performance, and implementing cost-control measures in a busy environment.
  • Track record of operational efficiency in scheduling, labor coverage, and workflow management during peak service. 
  • Inventory and supply chain management expertise, ensuring accurate ordering, stock control, and minimizing waste.
  • Proficiency in company systems and platforms, including Toast, R365, Tripleseat, Open Table, and Microsoft Office applications.
Physical Abilities 
  • Move, lift, carry, push, pull and place objecting weighing less than or equal to 45 pounds without assistance 
  • Requires grasping, writing, standing, sitting, walking, repetitive motions, bending, climbing, listening, and hearing ability and visual activity 
  • Stand, sit, or walk for an extended period or for an entire work shift 
  • Reach overhead and below the knees, including bending, twisting, pulling, and stopping 
  • Requires manual ability to use, carry, and operate all necessary equipment
