We're looking for an exceptional General Manager to help lead our company into its next stage of profitable growth.
You're not joining a startup. We've been in business since 1981 and already have the people, customers, trucks, systems, facilities, and infrastructure in place.
You won't be expected to do everything yourself. You'll have an established leadership and support team to help you operate the business.
We're looking for the right person to become an important part of our leadership team for years to come.

No layers of corporate bureaucracy. You'll work directly with ownership and have the opportunity to make a real impact.
$100,000 Base Salary + Significant Uncapped Profit Sharing
Target Total Compensation: $150,000–$200,000+ based on company performance
$250,000+ potential for exceptional company performance

Experience managing or helping lead a mid-sized business is preferred—but it is NOT required.
We're looking for someone who understands people, leadership, accountability, financial performance and profitable growth.
