What are we looking for?:
- 3-5+ years of General Manager experience in the restaurant industry with responsibility for financial results
- Reliable Transportation and Valid Drivers License and Motor Vehicle Insurance
- Desire to be a hands-on trainer, coach, and mentor to the crew and management staff
- Possesses and demonstrates a strong owner-like commitment to operations and customer service
- Enjoys working in a fast-paced environment
- A creative approach to growing the business (community-engagement, etc.)
