    The General Manager is responsible for running a profitable restaurant and for making sure the restaurant meets McDonald’s critical customer standards of Quality, Service, and Cleanliness. These standards are high, so this is a big job! The General Manager works with his/her leader to set the restaurant’s goals and creates a plan to achieve the goals. To meet restaurant goals, the General Manager doesn’t work alone. He or she leads a team of Department Managers that has specific responsibilities in the restaurant. This means helping the Department Managers to set their own goals, following up on their progress, and providing coaching and direction to improve their departments. By improving the Departments, the restaurant improves! The General Manager may also be responsible for hiring and developing Department and Shift Managers to make sure that the restaurant has the right team to lead into the future.

    Duties:
    - Oversee all aspects of daily operations, including staffing, inventory control, and customer service
    - Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to identify areas for improvement
    - Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene
    - Interview, hire, train, and supervise staff members
    - Manage budgets and financial performance to achieve profitability goals
    - Resolve customer complaints and ensure customer satisfaction
    - Implement policies and procedures to maintain a safe working environment

    Qualifications:
    - Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in the food service industry
    - Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices
    - Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team
    - Proven experience in interviewing, hiring, training, and supervising staff members
    - Knowledge of restaurant operations
    - Exceptional organizational and problem-solving abilities
    - Strong communication skills with the ability to effectively interact with customers, staff members, and vendors

    Requirements:
    Ability to problem solve
    Friendly and outgoing
    Comfortable being on your feet for an entire shift
    2+ years Food Service general management experience preferred
