Shenandoah Valley Pizza SVP is a well-respected operator of Papa Johns restaurants in Virginia and West Virginia, and were recruiting a General Manager for our restaurant in Galax, VA. We firmly believe that to deliver on our promise of Better Ingredients, Better Pizza, we need the best people.

The General Manager (GM) leads all aspects of the business from ensuring we deliver superior product quality, building and training the team, and providing excellent customer service. The GM is responsible for growing the restaurants revenue and driving profitability so we can continue to invest in our people and our business.

Well support and help train you to:

  • Set work schedules
  • Order food and beverages
  • Oversee food prep
  • Make sure we comply with health and safety regulations

Youll execute cash management duties, assist the management of inventory to minimize waste, as well as manage our companys assets by ensuring the restaurant is clean, safe, and organized.

Youll be a role model for your team and exhibit grace under pressure during busy moments in our fast-paced environment. Ultimately, youll ensure our restaurant runs smoothly and our customers have a best-in-class experience and come back for more.
