General Manager Full Service Restaurant

The General Manager will lead the operations of a full-service Asian fusion restaurant featuring a full bar, sushi, wok dishes, and Asian-inspired entrees. This role oversees a team of 21-50 employees, ensures exceptional guest experiences, maintains quality and compliance standards, and collaborates with the marketing team to drive restaurant success. The General Manager reports directly to the owner and utilizes various restaurant technologies including POS, inventory management, and scheduling software.

Responsibilities

• Manage and lead a team of 21-50 employees
• Deliver exceptional customer service and resolve guest issues
• Control inventory and oversee vendor relations
• Prepare and analyze financial reports and manage budgets
• Oversee menu planning and quality assurance
• Coordinate staff scheduling and conduct training programs
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and regulatory standards
• Collaborate with marketing team to support promotional activities

Preferred Qualifications

• 2+ years experience in restaurant management
• Strong knowledge of restaurant operations and staff leadership
• Experience with inventory management and customer relationship management
• Skilled in conflict resolution and menu planning
• Familiarity with health and safety compliance
