• Lead and oversee gym operations to ensure club runs smoothly and efficiently
• Drive member satisfaction through exceptional customer service and engagement,addressing any concerns or feedback promptly and professionally.
• Recruit, train, and manage staff, ensuring alignment with Company’s core valuesand commitment to providing a best-in-class experience.
• Maintain and upload all compliance standards, procedures, and policies tooptimize gym efficiency and profitability.
• Maintain gym cleanliness and organization, ensuring all equipment is in optimalcondition and facilities meet high hygiene standards.
• Monitor and manage financials, including membership sales, retention, and overallrevenue growth.Qualifications:
• Proven leadership experience (3+ years) in fitness, retail, or hospitality
• Sales and customer service expertise, with the ability to drive membership andretail growth and foster long-term member retention.
• Passion for health, wellness, and helping others achieve their goals
• Demonstrated integrity in decision-making, team management, and memberinteractions
• Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written
• A tenacious approach to problem-solving and goal achievement
• Strong sense of accountability. Take ownership of responsibilities and results andhold your team to the same standard.
