Job Requirements The General Manager is responsible for leading all aspects of operations at Hilton DFW Lakes a397-room full-service hotel and conference center. This role drives overall hotel performancethrough strategic revenue generation cost control guest satisfaction and team developmentwhile maintaining the integrity of the asset and Hilton brand standards.As a leader within Avion Hospitality the General Manager is expected to embody and promote aculture grounded in trust transparency and results-fostering an environment where teams areempowered communication is open and performance expectations are clear and measurable.KEY RESPONSIBILITIESStrategic Leadership & Financial Performance• Lead all aspects of hotel operations to achieve profitability revenue growth and operationalexcellence.• Own full P&L performance with focus on GOP growth labor productivity and flow-throughoptimization.• Lead weekly forecasting pace reporting and comp set positioning to outperform marketcompetitors.• Partner with ownership on capital planning asset enhancements and long-term strategicinitiatives.RequirementsSales Revenue & Market Positioning• Position the hotel as a premier DFW conference destination optimizing group corporate andleisure demand.• Drive group strategy including base business in-year pickup and shoulder night optimization.• Maximize total revenue across Rooms Food & Beverage and Catering.• Leverage airport proximity and key local demand generators to drive occupancy ADR andtotal revenue.Conference & Event Operations• Oversee a high-volume conference operation ~63000 sq. ft. of meeting space with strongfocus on execution client satisfaction and repeat business.• Collaborate closely with Conference Services and Sales teams to ensure seamless groupexecution.Food & Beverage Leadership• Direct multi-outlet Food & Beverage and banquet operations.• Drive profitability service excellence and strong catering margins.Guest Experience & Brand Standards• Deliver an elevated guest experience across a full-service hotel environment includingindooroutdoor pool and campus-style layout while maintaining Hilton brand standards.• Maintain a visible leadership presence throughout the property.Team Leadership & Culture• Lead a cross-functional leadership team across Rooms F&B Engineering FinanceRevenue Events and Sales.• Foster a culture rooted in trust transparency and results.• Promote accountability communication and development.Community & Industry Engagement• Represent the hotel within the DFW business community.• Build relationships with key clients and partners.Work Experience EXPERIENCE & EDUCATION• Prior General Manager experience required preferably in a large full-service or conferencehotel.• 6 years of progressive hotel leadership experience.• Strong group sales catering and revenue strategy background.• Experience in airport or corporate-driven markets preferred.• Bachelors degree preferred.IDEAL CANDIDATE PROFILE• Proven GM experience in a large complex hotel.• Strong financial and operational leadership.• Demonstrated ability to drive top-line and bottom-line performance.• Aligned with Avions values of trust transparency and results.ADDITIONAL INFORMATIONThis job description is not intended to be all-inclusive.
