Bachelor's degree in Business, Hospitality, Sports Science, or related field

Own every aspect of club operations: sales, staffing, training, member experience

Oversee and manage your team of leaders and their departments: Personal Training, Front Desk, Group Fitness, Facilities/Maintenance
