    The Opportunity:

    As the General Manager, you will lead a $15M plumbing business in Fort Lauderdale, overseeing all aspects of operations, growth, and customer experience. This location has a growing HVAC division you will oversee as well. You will have full P&L ownership and be responsible for scaling the business, optimizing performance, and driving profitability. This role is an exceptional opportunity for a results-oriented leader to make a significant impact within a high-growth, PE-backed environment.


    Key Responsibilities:

    • Own and manage a $15M+ P&L across three locations, driving business growth and financial performance.
    • Develop and execute strategic plans to expand market share, improve efficiency, and maximize profitability.
    • Lead a team of managers and frontline employees, fostering a culture of performance, accountability, and continuous improvement.
    • Oversee service delivery, customer experience, and operational execution to ensure best-in-class results.
    • Identify, recruit, and develop top talent, ensuring strong leadership at all levels.
    • Champion a customer-centric approach, prioritizing service excellence and long-term relationships.
    • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, industry standards, and safety protocols.


    Qualifications:

    • 5+ years of leadership experience, preferably in the home services industry or a related field.
    • Strong business acumen with a proven track record of driving growth and profitability.
    • Prior P&L ownership with experience managing multi-location operations.
    • Exceptional leadership and team-building skills with the ability to motivate and inspire others.
    • Strong financial management expertise, including budgeting and performance analysis.
    • Outstanding strategic thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
    • Experience leveraging technology and data to drive operational efficiencies.
    • Knowledge of home services industry regulations is a plus.

    Compensation & Benefits:

    • Base Salary: $165K-$175K
    • Bonus: Up to 80%
