    Description

    Our client is seeking an experienced General Manager to lead large‑scale food service operations across one or more sites. This role is responsible for delivering excellence in service, quality, compliance, and financial performance while developing high‑performing teams and maintaining strong client partnerships. The ideal candidate brings strategic leadership, operational expertise, and the ability to influence stakeholders in complex, high‑volume environments.

    Responsibilities:

    • Financial Management — Own budgeting, forecasting, cost control, and achievement of performance targets.
    • People Leadership — Lead, coach, and develop teams; manage staffing decisions, performance evaluations, and employee engagement.
    • Client Relationship Management — Build and maintain strong client partnerships; influence stakeholders and support long‑term operational success.
    • Strategic & Operational Execution — Drive initiatives that enhance service quality, efficiency, customer satisfaction, and overall business performance.
    • Operational Leadership — Oversee multi‑unit food service operations with accountability for service delivery, quality standards, regulatory compliance, and operational outcomes.

    Qualifications (Must-Haves)

    • 5 years of management experience.
    • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
    • 4–5 years of related food service or high‑volume operations experience.
    • Demonstrated success developing teams and fostering a culture of accountability and performance.
    • Advanced financial acumen, including budgeting, forecasting, and managing performance targets.
    • Strong client relationship management skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
    • Strategic mindset paired with hands‑on operational agility in dynamic, high‑volume environments.
    • Proven experience leading large‑scale, multi‑unit food service operations with responsibility for quality, service, and compliance.
