Leading printing organization is searching to hire a General Manager for its digital sign printing and fabrication facility in UT.
Responsibilities include:
- Manage and direct workforce to meet or exceed sales and profit goals of the business location.
- Build community relations in the area providing brand awareness with a sales focus.
- Make certain printed projects are completed on time and within budget.
- Schedule jobs and assist with any production issues.
- Mentor, develop and hold employees accountable.
- Oversee training of employees.
- Build a positive work culture where employees can succeed and reach their potential.
- Work closely with executive and regional leadership team.
- Budgeting and P&L responsibilities.
Qualifications include:
- Minimum of 5 years' leadership experience in the digital sign printing industry.
- Sign fabrication and installation experience preferred.
- General management experience including operations, sales, planning and implementing strategies.
- Excellent leadership, mentoring, and people management skills.
- Working knowledge of prepress, digital printing, fabrication, and sign installations.
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and follow through skills.
- Strong business acumen.
