    What You'll Be Responsible For

    • Overseeing all aspects of daily hotel operations including front desk, housekeeping, maintenance, and food and beverage service where applicable.

    • Recruiting, training, and developing property-level staff.
    • Maintaining brand standards and ensuring guest satisfaction scores are consistently strong.
    • Managing the property P&L and reporting directly to ownership or a regional operations team.
    • Building relationships with local accounts and corporate travel contacts to support occupancy goals.

    What We're Looking For

    • Prior experience as a General Manager or Assistant General Manager at a select service or extended stay brand.

    • Familiarity with property management systems (PMS) and brand reporting tools.
    • Strong communication skills with both guests and ownership.
