What You’ll Do

• Lead the overall performance of the gym, including:
• Drive membership sales and promotions
• Build, coach, and hold your team accountable
• Maintain high standards for cleanliness, customer service, and club energy
• Follow up on leads, prospects, and former members with urgency
• Use systems and tools to improve performance
• Solve problems fast and take ownership of results
