Pizza Hut is seeking an experienced, people-focused Restaurant General Manager to lead one of our restaurants. What You'll Do

As Restaurant General Manager, you'll lead all aspects of your restaurant's daily operations. You will:

• Lead, coach, develop, and hold accountable your management team and team members
• Recruit, interview, hire, onboard, train, and retain a strong restaurant team
• Build a positive, respectful, and accountable restaurant culture
• Develop Shift Managers and future restaurant leaders
• Ensure every guest receives fast, friendly, and accurate service
• Maintain Pizza Hut standards for food quality, preparation, order accuracy, cleanliness, and service
• Take ownership of restaurant cleanliness, organization, maintenance, and overall condition
• Ensure proper food handling, sanitation, temperature control, and food safety procedures are followed at all times
• Ensure required food safety and temperature logs are completed accurately, honestly, and on time
• Immediately address and escalate food safety concerns and ensure unsafe food is never served
• Develop and manage employee schedules based on sales forecasts and business needs
• Manage labor effectively while maintaining appropriate staffing and service levels
• Manage food cost, waste, inventory, ordering, and product controls
• Conduct and oversee accurate inventory counts
• Analyze restaurant sales, labor, food cost, guest feedback, and other performance metrics
• Take ownership of the restaurant's P&L and financial performance
• Develop and execute action plans to improve operational and financial results
• Drive sales growth and identify opportunities to increase guest traffic
• Ensure proper cash handling, deposits, register controls, and other financial procedures
• Maintain appropriate staffing levels and develop a strong leadership bench
• Ensure company policies, procedures, and Pizza Hut brand standards are consistently followed
• Address employee performance concerns promptly and consistently
• Handle guest concerns professionally and ensure appropriate resolution
• Maintain required restaurant records, documentation, and operational reporting
• Identify equipment and facility maintenance needs and ensure issues are reported and addressed promptly
• Maintain a safe environment for employees and guests
• Partner with District Manager and above-store leadership on restaurant performance and improvement opportunities
• Execute company initiatives, promotions, and training programs
• Lead by example and work restaurant positions alongside the team when needed

What We're Looking For

• Previous restaurant management experience required
• General Manager experience preferred
• QSR, restaurant, hospitality, or comparable high-volume management experience preferred
• Experience with responsibility for financial results
• Strong leadership, coaching, and team-development skills
• Demonstrated ability to hold teams accountable while maintaining a positive culture
• Strong understanding of P&L management, labor, food cost, inventory, scheduling, and restaurant profitability
• Strong commitment to food safety, cleanliness, and operational standards
• Ability to recruit, train, develop, and retain employees
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to analyze restaurant performance and turn opportunities into actionable plans
• Dependable, organized, and comfortable taking ownership of restaurant results
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced restaurant environment
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays as business needs require
• Ability to perform the physical duties required in a fast-paced restaurant environment
