As General Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the company, with a focus on project oversight, staff leadership, and business growth. You will work closely with ownership and lead a team of project managers, site staff, and administrators.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily company operations, including construction project management and administrative workflows
• Lead and support project managers, field staff, and office personnel
• Implement systems and processes that support scalable growth and operational efficiency
• Monitor project budgets, timelines, and quality standards across multiple projects
• Analyze operational performance data and identify process improvements
• Collaborate with ownership on business development and long-term planning
• Ensure compliance with company safety standards and applicable regulations
• Maintain professional communication with clients, vendors, and team members

Qualifications

• 10+ years of leadership experience in residential construction or construction management
• Experience overseeing field operations and multiple concurrent projects
• Strong understanding of construction operations and project management
• Ability to develop processes that support business growth and operational structure
• Excellent leadership, communication, and decision-making skills
• Proficiency with Google Workspace and project management software

Compensation & Benefits

• Base salary: $100,000 to $120,000 annually, depending on experience
