    Position: Confidential General Manager

    Compensation: $125,000 - $145,000 base salary

    Schedule: Full-time | Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays

    We’re conducting a confidential search for an experienced General Manager to lead the day-to-day operations of a high-level, full-service restaurant in Charlotte, NC.


    This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who understands that exceptional hospitality starts with a strong team, thoughtful leadership, and consistent execution. The General Manager will have meaningful ownership over restaurant operations, financial performance, team development, and the overall guest experience.

    What You Bring to the Table:

    • Lead all aspects of restaurant operations while maintaining an energetic, polished, and welcoming environment
    • Hire, onboard, train, schedule, coach, and develop restaurant leadership and hourly teams
    • Build a positive, accountable culture centered around hospitality and team engagement
    • Maintain a strong floor presence and lead by example during service
    • Partner with culinary leadership to ensure consistent execution of food, service, and hospitality standards
    • Oversee labor, scheduling, inventory, purchasing, cash handling, payroll, and other administrative functions
    • Understand restaurant financials and use sales, labor, and cost information to drive performance
    • Identify operational challenges, waste, loss, and inefficiencies and implement effective solutions
    • Own guest recovery and ensure concerns are handled thoughtfully and professionally
    • Prepare and review schedules, reports, financial information, and other operational documentation
    • Partner with ownership and leadership on restaurant initiatives, menu changes, events, and operational improvements
    • Develop managers and create a strong pipeline of future restaurant leaders

    Required Work Experience:

    • Proven General Manager experience in a full-service, high-volume restaurant environment
    • Demonstrated success leading and developing restaurant teams
    • Strong understanding of restaurant operations, service standards, and guest relations
    • Experience with restaurant financials, labor management, budgeting, and cost controls
    • Experience with scheduling, inventory, purchasing, cash handling, and administrative responsibilities
    • Ability to lead effectively in a fast-paced, high-volume environment


    Preferred Work Experience:

    • Experience managing an upscale, polished, or elevated full-service restaurant
    • Experience overseeing significant restaurant revenue and complex operations
    • Strong background in developing managers and building leadership teams
    • Experience partnering closely with culinary leadership
