About the Role
We’rehiringanexceptionalGeneralManager(GM)tohelplaunchandleadournewstudio,JETSETPilatesColumbusCircle.AstheGM,you’llbethedrivingforcebehindthestudio,leadingapassionateteam,owningsalesandoperations,andcreatinganelevatedclientexperiencethatembodiesJETSET’shigh-energy,modern-luxurystandard.Thisisahands-on,high-impactleadershiproleforsomeonewhothrivesongrowth,performance,andthepulseofboutiquefitness.ThisisyouropportunitytoleadoneofNewYorkCity’smostexcitingnewstudios!
What You’ll Do
•LeadallaspectsofdailystudiooperationsandupholdJETSET’spremiumstandard•Hire,train,andmotivateahigh-performingteam•Drivemembershipsales,renewals,andretention•Track,manage,andachievestudioperformanceobjectives•Overseescheduling,staffing,andfacilityupkeep•Deliverapolished,hospitality-drivenclientexperience•Buildcommunitypartnerships,leadlocalmarketinginitiatives,increasebrandawareness•Monitorthestudio’ssocialmediaplatforms•Personallyleadclasseseachweek(exactamountTBD)•Assistwithnewstudioopeningsfromtimetotime
What We’re Looking For
•Priormanagementexperienceinfitnessorotherrelevantindustries(e.g.,hospitality,foodandbeverage,retail)•Certificationoreducationinfitness(groupfitness,personaltraining,physicaltherapy,etc.)•Organized,detail-oriented,andadaptableinafast-pacedsetting•Clear,confidentcommunicatorwithpolishedpresence•Provenrecordofleadingteams,drivingsales,andhittingtargets•Motivationalleaderwithaccountabilityandhighemotionalintelligence•Passionateabouthealth,fitness,andexceptionalservice
•Tech-savvyandproficientwithPOSsystems(MindBodyexperiencepreferred),otherofficesoftware(e.g.,GoogleWorkspace,MicrosoftOffice,Slack,etc.),andsocialmediaplatforms•Flexibleavailability,includingsomeearlymornings,evenings,weekends,andholidays,tosupportbusinessneeds•Abilitytoliftaminimumof30poundsandkneel,bend,reach,climb,andstandforlongdurationsoftime•EnthusiasmfortheJETSETbrand

•Basesalary:$70,000peryear•Quarterlybonuseligibilitybasedonmonthlyperformancegoals(target$10,000peryearwithopportunityupto$20,000)•Monthlyhealthcarestipendavailableuponrequest•FlexiblePTO•FreeJETSETmembership•40%offallJETSETretail
