General Manager

At PABLO, the General Manager is responsible for leading the restaurant, developing the team, and making sure the business operates at a high level every day.

We’re looking for a strong leader who takes ownership, holds high standards, and knows how to build a great team and guest experience. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who can balance hospitality, people, and the business side of running a restaurant.

What You’ll Do:

Lead the day-to-day operations of PABLO

Hire, train, develop, and lead the management and hourly teams

Build a strong culture and hold the team accountable to PABLO standards

Oversee scheduling, staffing, and labor management

Maintain high standards for hospitality, food, drinks, cleanliness, and overall guest experience

Work closely with kitchen, bar, VIP, security, events, and marketing leadership

Manage inventory, ordering, and operating costs

Review sales, labor, and other key business results

Handle guest concerns and make decisions that protect the guest experience

Develop managers and future leaders within the restaurant

Oversee opening and closing procedures and make sure operating standards are followed

Help drive sales through great operations, events, and guest relationships

Identify problems, find solutions, and take ownership of results

Work directly with ownership and senior leadership on the continued growth of PABLO

What You Bring:

Previous restaurant, bar, or hospitality management experience

Strong leadership and the ability to develop a team

A solid understanding of restaurant operations and financial performance

Experience managing labor, inventory, and operating costs

Strong communication and organization

The ability to make good decisions in a fast-paced environment

A hands-on leadership style

High standards and strong attention to detail
