About the Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced, guest focused Restaurant General Manager to lead daily operations of a high volume, fast-paced restaurant. The General Manager will be responsible for creating an exceptional guest experience while driving sales, profitability, operational excellence, and team performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day restaurant operations & executing company standards and systems
• Lead, coach, and develop the restaurant management team and hourly employees
• Drive speed of service & maintain food quality
• Sales growth, labor management, food costs and inventory controls
• Waste control, cash handling, profitability, budget Management
• Recruit, hire, onboard, train, and retain high-performing team members.
• Create a culture of hospitality, teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement.
• Deliver an exceptional guest experience and address customer concerns promptly and professionally.
