Your Role:

As the General Manager, you will play a pivotal role in our operations, embodying our values and vision. You will take charge of the entire store, ensuring exceptional customer experiences, nurturing team relationships, and maximizing profitability. Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee a team of 10-12 dedicated sales associates, guiding them to achieve their best.
• Conduct interviews, hire, and train new team members who are eager to contribute.
• Maintain a safe and welcoming environment for both customers and employees.
• Ensure that our store's appearance aligns with our high company standards.
• Ensure compliance with all federal and state regulations governing store operations.
• Manage daily operations including paperwork, bank deposits, inventory counts, cash audits, invoice processing, and scheduling.
• Analyze local competitor pricing to keep our offerings competitive.

Qualifications:

• A positive, team-oriented attitude with an infectious enthusiasm.
• Trustworthy and professional demeanor.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Self-motivated with the ability to multi-task and stay organized.
• Physically capable of lifting up to 50 pounds as needed and standing for extended periods.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word.
