About the Role:Marco's Pizza, managed by Boeing Food Management, is looking for a driven and experienced General Manager to lead our Cincinnati, OH location. Responsibilities:- Oversee all daily restaurant operations, ensuring efficiency, quality, and exceptional customer service
- Recruit, hire, train, and develop a high-performing team of crew members and shift leaders
- Manage food and labor costs, budgets, and P&L to drive profitability
- Enforce food safety, sanitation, and health code compliance standards
- Monitor inventory, place orders, and manage vendor relationships
- Analyze sales data and implement strategies to grow revenue and improve performance
- Foster a positive workplace culture focused on teamwork, accountability, and guest satisfaction
- Adhere to all Marcos policies and procedures.
- Manage labor, food cost and daily checklisst to meet Marcos performance and operational standards
Requirements:- 2+ years of restaurant management experience, preferably in quick service or pizza/fast casual
- Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop a diverse team
- Strong understanding of food cost management, scheduling, and labor controls
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
- ServSafe certification or ability to obtain upon hire
- Availability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Results-driven mindset with a passion for delivering outstanding guest experiences
