General Manager

The General Manager is responsible for the overall leadership and daily operations of The Original Pancake House restaurant. This position leads the team by example and is accountable for delivering an exceptional guest experience, maintaining high standards of food quality and hospitality, developing employees, and achieving strong operational and financial results.

*Monitor daily sales, labor, food costs, waste, and other key operating metrics.

Qualifications

*Full- time position required to work weekends and holidays

* Previous restaurant management experience required.

* General Manager or Assistant General Manager experience preferred.

* Strong knowledge of front-of-house and back-of-house restaurant operations.

* Excellent communication and leadership skills.

* Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.

* Ability to coach, motivate, and hold employees accountable.

* Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced breakfast restaurant environment.
