What You'll Do

• Lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing restaurant team.
• Oversee daily operations, staffing, scheduling, and inventory.
• Drive sales, manage costs, and maximize profitability.
• Deliver exceptional guest service while maintaining brand standards.
• Build a positive team culture focused on growth and accountability.
• Ensure food safety, cleanliness, and operational excellence.

What We're Looking For

• 3+ years of restaurant management or leadership experience.
• Strong leadership, communication, and team-building skills.
• Experience managing labor, food costs, and restaurant profitability.
• A hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• ServSafe Certification or willingness to obtain.

Schedule & Work Environment

• Full-time, in-person position.
• Approximately 50–55 hours per week.
• Ability to perform restaurant duties, including standing, walking, bending, and lifting up to 50 lbs., with reasonable accommodations as needed.
