What You’ll Own
As a GM, you are responsible for the full performance of your store:
Lead daily operations: food quality, speed, accuracy, cleanliness
Set the tone for energy, urgency, and hospitality every shift
Build, coach, and develop Assistant Managers and team members
Embrace brand standards and enforce them consistently
Drive sales through local store marketing and community engagement
Ensure systems and processes are followed with integrity
Create an environment where people want to work and grow

Your Assistant Managers can confidently run shifts
Guests receive fast, accurate, and friendly service
Your team shows up engaged, accountable, and improving

Requirements
1–2+ years of leadership experience in restaurant or service industry
Ability to work a 50-hour week (fixed schedule)
Strong organizational and communication skills
Comfortable in a fast-paced, high-expectation environment
Physically able to stand, move quickly, and work on your feet
Training & Compensation
Hourly pay during training period
Transition to salary + performance-based bonus after training
Bonus tied to store performance, leadership, and results
