Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced, motivated, and results-driven General Manager to lead restaurant operations, develop team members, drive sales growth, and deliver an exceptional guest experience. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, proven restaurant management experience, and a track record of growing sales and catering revenue.
ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES (include but are not limited to):
Schedule & Availability Expectations
- Full-time (40+ hours per week)
- Open availability required (must be available to work mornings, afternoons, evenings, and Saturdays based on business needs)
- Must have flexibility to work weekends and holidays
- Must be willing to adjust schedule based on business needs
- Availability during peak business periods is essential
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary Range: $84,000-$95,000 per year

Key Responsibilities
Strategic Planning & Vision
- Lead daily restaurant operations and ensure consistent execution of Chick-fil-A standards
- Recruit, train, coach, and develop team members and leaders
- Drive sales, profitability, and overall restaurant growth
- Develop and execute strategies to increase catering sales and revenue
- Build relationships with local businesses, organizations, and community partners
- Monitor sales trends and identify opportunities for growth
- Manage labor, food costs, inventory, and operating expenses
Systems & Process Development
- Build and refine scalable systems across operations
- Ensure processes are simple, repeatable, and effective
- Identify inefficiencies and create sustainable solutions
- Standardize best practices across leaders and shifts
- Maintain high standards for food safety, hospitality, cleanliness, and guest satisfaction
- Create a strong culture of accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement
- Lead opening, mid-day, and closing operations as needed
- Support special events, holidays, and other high-volume business periods
- Analyze restaurant performance and establish measurable goals for the leadership team
Operational Excellence Execution
- Learn and participate in all team member positions to help achieve restaurant goals
- Adjust checklists and systems based on operational experience
- Partner with training directors to maintain high performance standards across all day parts and locations
- Work in position during peak periods to help meet labor targets
Data & Performance Analysis
- Track and analyze key business metrics (sales, labor, speed, guest experience)
- Provide insights and action plans based on data
- Maintain leadership scorecards and performance tracking
- Drive accountability through measurable results
Project & Change Management
- Lead major initiatives and business improvements
- Ensure strong execution and follow-through
- Communicate changes clearly across the team
- Monitor effectiveness and adjust as needed
Leadership Support
- Equip leaders with tools and systems to succeed
- Strengthen accountability structures across all pillars
- Support development of high-performing leaders
Minimum Knowledge and Skills Requirements
- Must have an intermediate or higher level of computer literacy with Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Exceptional project management and leadership skills
- Creative in generating new ideas and developing communications
- Self-motivated, proactive, committed to continuous improvement
- Exceptional verbal, written communication skills that consist of writing highly effective and engaging content
- Extremely strong organizational and time management skills
- Understanding of how to interact with and energize a broad range of multi-generational, diverse employee groups
- Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations
- Accurate, organized record-keeping skills
- Ability to manage stress and remain composed in a fast paced, high-growth environment
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of company and employee information
- Bilingual communication skills a plus, but not required
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Qualifications and Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree required
- 4+ years of leadership experience preferred
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to think strategically and execute tactically
- High ownership, accountability, and initiative
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Experience in systems, data, or project management is a plus
- Must be at least 18 years of age upon hire date
- Must be eligible to work in the United States
- Must have reliable transportation
- Must be able to regularly lift up to 25 pounds and occasionally lift up to 50 pounds
- Reading, writing, and basic math and verbal communication skills required
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced, high energy environment
- Must be able to stand on your feet for the entire duration of your shift
- Must work well under pressure
- Must be able to respond to changes or edits to orders quickly and efficiently

- Bachelor's degree from an accredited four-year college or university required
- Previous experience in restaurant management, preferably in a high-volume operation
- Proven leadership and team-development experience
- Demonstrated success in sales growth and business development
- Experience developing and growing catering sales
- Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skill
- Ability to lead by example and maintain high operational standards
