General Manager

They will manage assigned business including strategic business planning, annual operating plan, sales and marketing functions, as well as the day-to-day operations of the business including manufacturing and distribution. * Lead and develop management teams through clear communication, mentoring, performance management, succession planning, and employee development while ensuring compliance and managing business risk.

General Manager

The General Manager will have overall responsibility for managing both the revenue and cost elements of a business" income statement, known as profit & loss responsibility.​ They will manage assigned business including strategic business planning, annual operating plan, sales and marketing functions, as well as the day-to-day operations of the business including manufacturing and distribution.

Responsibilities:

* Lead business operations, including planning, staffing, budgeting, decision-making, and financial performance to achieve business objectives and profitability goals

* Develop and execute operating, pricing, and growth strategies by analyzing market conditions, costs, customers, competitors, and business opportunities

* Partner cross-functionally with Operations, Marketing, Distribution, and other teams to drive production, product launches, continuous improvement, and strategic initiatives

* Lead and develop management teams through clear communication, mentoring, performance management, succession planning, and employee development while ensuring compliance and managing business risk



Required Skills & Experience:

* Undergraduate or graduate degree is required

* 12+ years of experience in manufacturing, with 4+ years of people management experience

* Must be able to work Monday to Friday from 8am to 5pm, and have flexibility

* Strong understanding of financials, marketing, sales, distribution processes and strong communication skills

Preferred Skills & Experience:

* Food and Beverage experience is preferred
