General Manager Leblon Steak (Brazilian Steakhouse Rodizio) Langhorne, PA
About the restaurant
Leblon Steak is an upscale Brazilian steakhouse (rodizio/churrascaria) in Langhorne, Bucks County, PA. Full rodizio service with tableside carving, gourmet market table, full bar, private events. Lunch and dinner, 7 days. The owners are hiring a true General Manager to take full operational control: team, costs, standards, and guest experience.
The job
You will run the whole operation this is not a shift-supervisor role. The owners want a leader who brings structure and is firm and fair with the team.
Responsibilities:
- Full P&L responsibility: food cost, liquor cost, labor cost targets and the numbers to prove you hit them
- Hiring, training, scheduling, and disciplining FOH and BOH staff (servers, gauchos/passadores, bartenders, hosts, kitchen)
- Inventory, ordering, and vendor management (meat purchasing experience is a major plus protein is our biggest cost)
- Enforce service standards for rodizio: pacing of passadores, market table quality, table touches
- Cash handling, deposits, and daily reporting
- Guest recovery and review management (OpenTable/Google)
- Health, safety, and liquor compliance (PA)

Compensation
- Base salary $90,000 $100,000 depending on experience
- Quarterly performance bonus tied to food cost, labor cost, and sales targets
