Position Summary<\/b>

The General Manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of hotel operations, including financial performance, guest satisfaction, and team leadership.

This is a hands -on leadership role requiring a strong operator who can build a team, drive results, and maintain high standards across all areas of the property.

Key Responsibilities<\/b>
<\/h3>- Lead all day -to -day hotel operations across departments (Front Desk, Housekeeping, Maintenance, etc.)
<\/li> - Works closely with sales leadership to support extended -stay revenue growth and property performance
<\/li> - Recruit, train, and develop a high -performing team
<\/li> - Manage budgets, control expenses, and maximize revenue performance
<\/li> - Maintain strong guest satisfaction and service standards
<\/li> - Handle guest concerns and ensure timely resolution
<\/li> - Conduct daily team check -ins and maintain strong communication across departments

Requirements<\/h3>Qualifications<\/b>
