DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Interacts with crew members and customers with a fun and welcoming attitude
Recruits, interviews, and hires team members to ensure adequate staffing levels
Oversees training and provides continuous positive feedback for team members
Creates weekly work schedules and manages scheduling conflicts for all team members
Manages and delegates daily functions of the café including product prep, making food and smoothies, serving customers, and completing daily and weekly cleaning duties
Manages ordering and inventory for all products
Monitors sales growth and cost control of the café against the budgeted expectation and historical performance
Communicates and stays updated on all marketing and promotional materials
Maintains and exceeds customer expectations to build brand loyalty
Ensures maintenance of equipment and facilities through the use of a preventative maintenance program
Presents a consistent, professional image of the café and crew by maintaining all cleanliness and appearance standards
Follows all safety and security policies set by the brand
Ensures food quality and 100% customer satisfaction
