Job Type: Full-Time | On-Site

Compensation:

• $45,000 base salary

• Monthly bonus + uncapped commission

• Total target compensation: $60,000+ annually (top performers often earn more)

StretchLab is one of the fastest-growing wellness brands in the U.S., offering one-on-one customized assisted stretching to help people move better, recover faster, and live healthier lives. We are opening a new studio in Avon, IN, and are seeking a motivated General Manager to launch, lead, and grow our member community.

Position Overview:
The General Manager is responsible for driving membership sales, building community relationships, and overseeing studio operations. This role is highly focused on sales, grassroots marketing, and event-based lead generation. The ideal candidate is passionate about health and wellness, thrives on building relationships, and has a proven ability to meet and exceed sales goals.

Responsibilities:

• Drive membership sales by making 50+ outbound calls per day and converting prospects into members

• Lead, train, and motivate a team of Sales Associates and Flexologists

• Generate leads through grassroots marketing, local partnerships, and referrals

• Plan, attend, and host community events and pop-ups to promote StretchLab

• Deliver an exceptional member experience to ensure retention and satisfaction

• Implement proven sales and marketing strategies to meet monthly revenue goals

• Oversee daily studio operations to ensure smooth and professional execution

Requirements:

• Sales experience in fitness, wellness, or membership-based services (required)

• Comfortable with high-volume outreach and outbound calls

• Proven track record of hitting or exceeding sales goals

• Leadership or management experience in a customer-facing role

• Strong communication and organizational skills

Preferred Qualifications:

• 3+ years as a General Manager, Studio Manager, or similar role

• Experience with CRMs such as ClubReady, MindBody, or similar platforms

• Background in wellness, fitness, hospitality, or customer experience industries
