Overview:
Taco Mac is seeking dynamic General Managers who take pride in developing best in class teams, providing memorable moments for our guests and are business savvy. We are currently in a strategic reinvestment phase, prioritizing the renovation of our existing restaurants, developing innovative approaches to enhance guest retention, and recruiting top talent to lead our operations.
In addition, we’re looking for:
- Leaders who inspire, coach, and celebrate their teams
- People who believe in creating unforgettable guest experiences
- Experienced operators who know the fundamentals of running a business (P&L, scheduling, ordering, etc) but also know that Culture drives results
