General Manager - Asphalt

We are a fast-growing pavement maintenance company looking for a hands-on General Manager to run day-to-day field operations. We provide line striping, sealcoating, crack filling, asphalt repairs, sweeping, and snow services.This role involves managing crews and doing field work when needed.Responsibilities:- Oversee daily field operations and crews- Run projects from start to finish- Perform site surveys and take measurements- Maintain equipment and prepare materials for jobs- Identify additional work while on-site- Assist with scheduling and quality controlRequirements:- Experience in construction, asphalt, landscaping, or similar trades- Ability to lead crews- Mechanical skills for equipment upkeep- Valid driver’s license- Able to work outdoors and lift equipment- Flexible schedule during peak season/weatherPreferred:- Line striping or sealcoating experience- Asphalt repair experience- English/Spanish bilingual
