Summary
The Asphalt Division General Manager oversees all asphalt operations, ensuring effective coordination, collaboration, and alignment between office and field personnel. This role is responsible for managing the operations of all asphalt milling crews, including safety compliance, quality control, logistics, equipment selection, and personnel management. The General Manager establishes operational goals and key performance indicators, manages budgets and staffing levels, negotiates asphalt material purchases, and develops strategic partnerships with clients, vendors, and industry networks to support business growth and operational efficiency.

Note: This is an on-site position and requires the ability to work in the office during standard business hours. Remote or hybrid arrangements are not available for this role.
