In this role, you will help maintain guest rooms, guest cottages, and the Inn while ensuring all work is completed in accordance with established quality and safety standards.
Responsibilities
- Perform maintenance and repair tasks in guest rooms, guest cottages, and throughout the Inn.
- Complete all assignments in accordance with Engineering Department performance and safety standards.
- Assist Room Attendants with heavy cleaning tasks as needed.
- Greet guests professionally and courteously at all times.
- Maintain guest accommodations to Skytop's standards following training.
- Complete assigned work orders and daily tasks in a timely manner.
- Perform additional duties and assignments as required.
Qualifications
- Previous maintenance, housekeeping, hospitality, or related experience preferred.
- Basic knowledge of general maintenance and repair techniques.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.
