Responsibilities:
  • Perform general facility repairs including: carpentry, plumbing, painting, and fixture repair. 
  • Troubleshoot simple electrical and mechanical systems. 
  • Complete preventative maintenance tasks. 
  • Maintain accurate service and maintenance reports. 
  • Respond to maintenance requests in a timely manner. 
  • Maintain professional standards while working in secure, high-visibility facilities.
     
Qualifications:
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. 
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. 
  • Professional attitude and dependable work ethic. 
  • Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems.  
  • Ability to lift, carry, and move up to 50 lbs. of equipment/materials as needed.
  • Background, drug and driving check required.
