ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Completion of assigned equipment PM activities as scheduled by CMMS.
Repair and troubleshoot injection press mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems.
Repair and troubleshoot cementing/coating mechanical, electrical, and spraying systems.
Repair and troubleshoot of robots and robotic assembly cells, including EOAT.
Troubleshoot and diagnose issues using machine schematics and assembly drawings.
Diagnose, troubleshoot and modify PLC programming, HMI development, and vision camera configurations. Basic PLC program development for machines.
