Morgan & Morgan, P.A. is seeking an experienced attorney to serve as Attorney Director of Premises Presuit Operations. This is a leadership role centered on team development and operational execution, overseeing Attorneys and Case Managers handling a high‑volume of pre‑litigation premises liability cases.ResponsibilitiesProvide day‑to‑day leadership and oversight of multiple markets with direct management of Attorneys and Case Managers handling pre‑litigation premises liability casesDrive consistent execution of firm policies, workflows, and best practices across multiple marketsMonitor and enforce KPIs, compliance metrics, and quality standards in line with business goalsCoach, mentor, and develop Attorneys and Case Managers through regular feedback, performance management, and accountabilityServe as the primary escalation point for organization‑wide issues while building scalable systems to drive timely resolutionRequirementsJuris Doctor from a fully accredited law schoolActive Bar member in good standing5+ years of personal injury experience, with meaningful exposure to pre‑litigation workflowsDemonstrated ability to lead, manage, and hold teams accountable in a fast paced, high‑volume environmentStrong understanding of personal injury presuit processesProven leadership skills with the ability to motivate, coach, and manage performanceExcellent communication skills, with the ability to deliver clear direction and constructive feedback in a timely fashionSelf‑starter with a long‑term leadership mindset and interest in operational growthStrong judgment, decision‑making, and organizational skillsSalary Range: $150,000 USD - $150,000 USDMorgan & Morgan is a leading personal injury law firm dedicated to protecting the people, not the powerful.
