Responsibilities include managing case workflows, drafting and filing documents, guiding clients, overseeing settlement negotiations, and managing a team of 6-10 Case Managers. Focus is on personal injury and general liability cases, ensuring compliance with KPIs and handling activities like EUOs, PIP statements, and recorded statements.
Requirements are a law degree from an accredited school, active CA State Bar membership, 1+ years of personal injury experience, strong communication and leadership skills, and a desire to join a trial team.
