Ability to obtain Florida All Lines Adjuster License upon hire as well as reciprocal licenses for all the states that Publix operates in. Knowledge of legal issues and burden of proof relating to GL and Auto negligence in all states Publix operates in.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline or in the alternative, a high school diploma with 5 years of claims experience
• 3 years of liability claims handling experience
• Ability to obtain Florida All Lines Adjuster License upon hire as well as reciprocal licenses for all the states that Publix operates in
• A valid driver’s license
• Knowledge of general insurance adjusting procedures, rules and ethics

• Knowledge of legal issues and evidentiary standards relating to damages in all states Publix operates in
• Knowledge of risk transfer and notice obligations relating to same
• Knowledge of civil procedure in all states Publix operates in
