Immediate opening for a General Ledger Accounting Clerk in Bethpage, NY who possesses:
- 1+ year of experience with AR and AP data entry, processing basic general ledger records, and reconciling customer and supplier statements
- Microsoft Excel fluency required
- Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred

The selected candidate will be responsible for:
- Perform and manage accounts receivable and accounts payable data entry activities.
- Reconcile customer and supplier statements.
- Provide support for accounts payable and accounts receivable activities.
- Ensure that accounting documents are properly issued and registered
- Process basic general ledger records
- To undertake, as directed, any other duties as may be commensurate with the overall efficient running of the Company
The selected candidate will also possess:
- Understanding of basic accounting principles
- Knowledge of Tax principles
- Knowledge of SAP
- Knowledge of MS Office Suite, especially Excel
Salary Range: $25.00 - $32.00/hour
