Looking for a hands-on job with competitive pay and an opportunity to learn manufacturing? Menasha Packaging is hiring General Laborers / Machine Assistants for both day and night shifts.
What You'll Need
No manufacturing experience? No problem. We provide paid training.
Pay & Schedule
- Starting/Training Pay: $24.52/hr
- Qualified Pay: $25.58/hr
- Nights: 6:00 PM - 6:00 AM
- 2-2-3 rotating schedule
- Overtime opportunities available
What You'll Do
- Support machine operators and production equipment
- Feed, stack, sort, and organize corrugated products
- Prepare finished products for shipment
- Perform product quality checks
- Operate production support equipment
- Move materials throughout production areas
- Complete basic production documentation
- Keep your work area clean and safe
- Follow safety procedures and work instructions
What You'll Need
- Ability to work a 12-hour shift
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Basic math and measurement skills
- Ability to read a tape measure
- Strong attention to detail
- Dependability and a team-oriented attitude
- Willingness to learn and work safely
- Flexibility to work overtime or weekends when needed
Previous manufacturing and forklift experience are a plus, but they are not required. Forklift certification opportunities are available after hire.
