Title: General Laborer
Location: Wisner, NE
Shift: Various schedules available - Flexible / Overtime available
Pay Rate: $20-$22/hour
Job Summary: Aventure Staffing is hiring a hardworking General Laborer in Wisner, NE. In this physical, hands-on role, you will assist with daily elevator operations, including loading and unloading materials, monitoring grain equipment, and maintaining a safe, clean work site. Key Duties & Responsibilities
- Perform warehouse loading and unloading of grain, bags, and agricultural supplies.
- Monitor, operate, and assist with grain dryers and storage facilities.
- Perform routine housekeeping duties, including sweeping, shoveling, and cleaning grain dust/debris in work areas.
- Inspect equipment and report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to supervisors.
- Assist grain handlers and scale house personnel with general facility operations as needed.
- Adhere strictly to all facility safety rules, PPE guidelines, and OSHA regulations.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Ability to repeatedly lift, push, pull, and carry 50+ pounds throughout the shift.
- Willingness and ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
- Comfortable working in dusty environments.
- Strong work ethic, punctual, and reliable with a positive attitude.
- Ability to follow verbal and written instructions while maintaining safety standards.
