General Laborer – Distribution Center Position Summary We’re looking for a reliable, flexible General Laborer to support operations at our distribution center. This hands-on role focuses on receiving inbound products, physically unloading containers, and assisting with general warehouse activities. The ideal candidate is safety-focused, adaptable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities - Physically unload inbound products and containers.
- Assist with material handling, staging, and inventory organization.
- Load and unload trucks, verify shipment quantities, and repackage products as needed.
- Sort, clean, and prepare parts for quality inspections.
- Lift and move materials and operate basic equipment.
- Maintain clean, safe, and organized work areas.
- Follow all safety procedures and wear required PPE.
- Support different departments as priorities change.
Qualifications - High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Manufacturing, warehouse, distribution, or industrial experience is a plus.
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently or with a team.
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities.
- Basic knowledge of industrial safety practices.
- Ability to repeatedly lift up to 50 pounds and stand or walk for extended periods.

Pay Range: $18 - $19 per hour depending on experience. Attendance Requirements: Attendance on a regular, consistent basis is mandatory.
