Immediate Need

TempExperts is seeking a reliable and hardworking General Laborer to join a dynamic manufacturing team in Tampa, FL. This hands-on role involves supporting a range of production, maintenance, and warehouse activities. Ideal candidates will be mechanically inclined, safety-minded, and comfortable working both indoors and outdoors in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Support the assembly of industrial machinery and equipment under technician guidance.
• Perform basic surface preparation and paint or spray parts as needed.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the facility, including sweeping and mopping.
• Assist with outdoor maintenance, such as lawn care and general groundskeeping.
• Help with inbound and outbound shipments:
• Receive and check incoming deliveries.
• Prepare, pack, and label outgoing orders.
• Keep storage areas tidy and inventory properly arranged.
• Operate material handling tools such as pallet jacks or forklifts (training provided).
• Move parts and materials to staging or production areas.
• Adhere to all company safety guidelines and promptly report unsafe conditions.
• Take on additional labor or production tasks as assigned.  

Requirements/Education:

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Comfortable with tools and general mechanical tasks.
• Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs. and being on your feet throughout the shift.
• Dependable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
• Experience in manufacturing, warehouse, or shipping environments is a plus.
• Forklift experience is a bonus; certification can be provided.
• Valid driver’s license preferred.
