General Laborer Location: Staunton, VA, 24401 Job DescriptionWe are seeking a reliable and hardworking General Laborer to join our construction team in Staunton, VA. The ideal candidate will have experience in general construction labor and be able to assist with a variety of tasks on job sites to ensure projects are completed efficiently and safely. Responsibilities- Assist skilled tradespeople with various construction tasks.
- Load and unload materials and equipment.
- Prepare and clean job sites, including removing debris and a variety of materials under supervision.
- Operate hand tools safely and effectively.
- Follow all safety protocols and guidelines on site.
- Perform physical labor including lifting, digging, and carrying materials.
- Support team members to meet project deadlines.
Qualifications- Previous experience as a Construction General Laborer preferred.
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks.
- Familiarity with construction tools and equipment.
- Strong work ethic and reliability.
- Ability to follow instructions and work well in a team environment.
- Basic understanding of construction site safety practices.
