Job Summary:
We are seeking motivated individuals to join our team as General Laborers in the commercial glazing industry. No prior experience is required—this is an entry-level position with on-the-job training at full pay. General laborers assist with various tasks on job sites, supporting experienced glaziers while learning valuable trade skills. This role provides a direct path to becoming a skilled commercial glazier.
Pay:
- Starting at $20/hour, with a performance review and potential increase after 90 days.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in preparing materials, tools, and equipment for glazing projects
- Help with loading, unloading, and transporting materials to job sites
- Support glaziers in the installation and maintenance of commercial glass structures
- Perform general construction labor tasks as needed
- Maintain a safe and organized work environment
- No experience required; prior construction experience is a plus
- Ability to lift 75 lbs and work at heights when necessary
- Willingness to learn and follow instructions
- Strong work ethic and ability to work in a team environment
