Job Title: General Laborer
Location: Rogers, MN
Compensation: $19.00-$20.00 per hour – paid weekly
Schedule: Day Shift | Monday-Friday | 7:45 AM-4:00 PM; Saturday 8:45 AM-1:00 PM | 1 weekday off every other week
Job Type: Temp-to-Hire

What You'll Do as a General Laborer:
- Sort and process recyclable metal materials
- Load and unload materials from trucks and equipment
- Clean work areas, machinery, and equipment to maintain a safe environment
- Assist with baling, shredding, and other recycling operations
- Sort materials into designated bins accurately
- Follow safety procedures and wear required personal protective equipment (PPE)
What You Need to Bring to the General Laborer Role:
- Previous manufacturing experience preferred
- Ability to match products and sort materials into appropriate bins
- Ability to lift and/or move up to 100 pounds
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Reliable attendance and transportation to Rogers, MN
- Ability to follow safety procedures and workplace instructions
