AA Anchor Bolt, Inc., a family-owned bolt manufacturer in Northville, MI has an immediate opening for a full-time General Laborer & Machine Operator. We are not looking for job seekers; we want a mechanically minded, driven, passionate challenge seeker for our expanding business. General Laborer & Machine Operator are responsible for various duties in the day-to-day operations of AA Anchor Bolt, Inc. It all starts with a team player with a good attitude that can read and comprehend job sheets. This is a production shop where accuracy matters as 1 missing bolt can hold up an entire job for our customers. Attention to detail is paramount both from a safety standpoint and for quality control. You will learn to use hand and power tools to measure, cut, bend and assemble material to the job specifications. In this position you will also help with packaging, shipping and handling duties, and potentially learn to tack-weld. If you bring a can-do attitude and the will to learn, we will train you with the skill!
