Shift: 1st Shift | 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Schedule: 6 Days/Week | 1 Day Off

Job Overview
Support daily facility operations, including grain handling, material movement, equipment care, and general facility activities while maintaining a strong focus on safety and teamwork.
Key Responsibilities
- Load and unload: Trucks, Vessels, Barges, Rail cars
- Fill and reclaim grain ground piles.
- Perform various grain handling activities.
- Perform basic equipment maintenance and operator care.
- Support ongoing facility operations.
- Provide excellent customer service.
- Work effectively and professionally with team members.
- Follow all safety policies and procedures.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
Required Qualifications
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Must be eligible to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship.
- Basic computer skills.
- Ability to understand and communicate in English, verbally and in writing.
- Ability to perform physical duties, including: Bending, Lifting up to 50 lbs., Kneeling, Climbing, Crawling, Twisting
- Ability to work in indoor and outdoor environments with exposure to: Heat, Cold, Dust, Loud noise
- Must be able to properly use required PPE.
- Ability to work in elevated areas 4 feet and above.
Preferred Qualifications
- Willingness to work overtime.
- Flexibility to work: Weekends, Holidays, Different shifts
- Ability to adjust work schedules based on operational needs with advance notice.
